When you click on the service desk link in your mition system, you might see an empty list or you could see a list of existing tickets that people in your organisation have created.

There are different Service Desk categories by default, namely Website, Subscription, Billing and Other. Basically you can just go through these and change who is assigned automatically or add the auto-assigned user to whom the created tickets in your system will go to.

SMS Urgent Alerts

If the person assigned to a Service Desk category has a valid (confirmed) mobile, the system will send all Urgent new requests and updates to that user.
